The Saturday sections joined forces yesterday for a day together strengthening our skills and community spirit, as well as covering important badge work.
The Saturday Scouts prepared for their upcoming chariot racing camp, covering some athletics to help vote on a team, and checking over our tents. They had fun axe throwing and practising their fire lighting and cooking skills. A highlight was seeing the Scouts helping the younger sections at meal and prayer times, and delivering some camp fire entertainment to the Beavers and Cubs. We look forward to some of our Scouts becoming young leaders soon!
