Funding from One Stop Carriers for Causes
We'd like to say a big thank you to One Stop Carriers for Causes for supporting us in extending our range of kayaking equipment.
This will allow us to get more Young People getting on the water. Allowing an established scout group to take more young people kayaking through the purchase of additional kayaking equipment.
The project will be delivered by our Scout Group to get more people on the water as soon as possible. The kayaks will have an average life span of 15 years so will allow 100s of current members and future members to take part in the adventure.
Group Bonfire Night

All sections, parents and family were invited to the evening and we had around 190 atendees on the evening.
Bonfire Night
Remember remember the fifth of November, Gunpowder, treason and plot. I see no reason why gunpowder, treason, Should ever be forgot...
We deffinately didnt forget on Monday 5th with over 150 people attending the bonfire night at the Ranche. It was a good evening spent enjoying the fireworks and celebrating bonfire night with a bang, all topped off with a BBQ!! With a fantastic offering of cakes, tea coffee and tuck the evening helped raise some much needed funds for our Scout Group.
It was a fantastic evening with a great turnout, with parents, siblings, families and a big thanks to all that helped out and made the evening a success!
New Toilets
Saturday 13th work started on the new toilets at the Ranche. We started off by ripping out the old toilets that had resided in the Ranche for over 25 years, this has now left an empty shell ready for the builders.
The money to carry this out has been donated by Trafford Housing trust and will help make our facilities a better environment for the young people in the group
Thanks to Pete M., Alan, Nick, Fish, Mr Anderson & Mr Sterlini.
