When you register with our website we ask for your name and email address. This information will only be used by Longford Scouts. When you register you automatically opt into receiving e-mails from Longford Scouts, if you don't want to receive them please contact the Webmaster.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block users of our website and any of its features if we feel that any particular reason has arrived for us to do so.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

In the event that the Scout Group is unable to complete an order or an event is cancelled we will endeavour to give you a full refund where possible. Tickets for events are non refundable and are not permitted to be resold.

Camps and Events have a 25% non-refundable deposit, increasing to 50% non-refundable at 4 weeks before the event and 100% non-refundable balance less than four weeks before the event. We will endeavor to work out any balances that can be refunded but this can't be guaranteed.

Where a customer wishes to cancel an order of items, and the group is able to complete a refund, a 10% admin fee will apply. Custom or special request items cannot be refunded..
