When you register with our website we ask for your name and email address. This information will only be used by Longford Scouts. When you register you automatically opt into receiving e-mails from Longford Scouts, if you don't want to receive them please contact the Webmaster.

7. Termination of User Accounts

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block users of our website and any of its features if we feel that any particular reason has arrived for us to do so.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

In the event that the Scout Group is unable to complete an order or an event is cancelled we will endeavour to give you a full refund where possible. Tickets for events are non refundable and are not permitted to be resold.

Camps and Events have a 25% non-refundable deposit, increasing to 50% non-refundable at 4 weeks before the event and 100% non-refundable balance less than four weeks before the event. However, where possible, we will try to work out any balances that can be refunded but this can't be guaranteed.

Where a parent/carer wishes to cancel a place, and the group is able to complete a refund, a 10% admin fee will apply - this is to cover the costs of our banking fees and card processing. Customised or special request items cannot be refunded.

Where a parent/carer (or family) has outstanding membership fees these will be reclaimed from any requested refunds for the member or any siblings.
