If you’re organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this behind-the-scenes role could be perfect for you. As part of our Admin Team, you’ll help make sure everything from records to communication stays on track – supporting the volunteers who make adventure happen every week.
What You’ll Do
- Help keep member and volunteer records up to date
- Support communication between volunteers, parents and the Trustee Board
- Assist with reports, forms and general admin tasks
- Provide occasional support for events or fundraising activities
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of our Admin Team, working closely with the Secretary, Treasurer, and Group Leadership Team.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be organised, reliable and confident using basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets or online forms. No experience in Scouting is needed – just a willingness to help and a bit of attention to detail.
Training and Checks
You’ll complete the appointment process, including a DBS check and mandatory safeguarding and safety training.
Time Involved
Flexible – usually around 2–4 hours a month, depending on what you’d like to help with.
