Tonight the meeting started with just FIVE Beavers present. So rather than the game I had planned to start the meeting with I decided to start with a bit of skipping whilst Lindsey finished the preparations for the main activity. The Beavers (by now 19) were given a rectangular piece of coloured thin card and a felt Christmas Tree. They folded the card in half and stuck the tree on the front. They could then decorate round the tree and on the inside faces as well as writing a message to whom ever the card was intended.
