Longford Scout Group owns two minibuses which are available to hire by Scout or Guide groups, subject to availability.
Our minibuses
- Ford Transit (2019) – 17 seats (including driver). Driver must have D1 entitlement.
- Peugeot Boxer (2017) – 17 seats (including driver) and wheelchair accessible.
Driver requirements
Both minibuses can be driven under the Section 19 small bus permit scheme, subject to the driver meeting the relevant requirements.
- Drivers must be aged 25 to 69.
- Drivers must have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years.
- Ford Transit (2019): driver must have D1 entitlement on their licence.
