This week the two Colonies did different things which will happen from time to time but over the year they will balance out. This week the two Colonies completed what the other had done before Christmas. It was a games night and Log Chew which is when the Beavers tell us Leaders what they like and dislike about the programmes that we provide for them. Naturally they would like more activities that involve food. (Don’t their parents feed them !!!) They would also like to play more games during the evening. It is difficult to achieve a balance between games and activities and help them gain the various Challenge Awards and eventually the Chief Scout’s Bronze Award which should be the ultimate aim.
