There was a good turn out for the District organised Beaver Drive. If you are not sure what one of those is; it is like a beetle Drive where you shake a dice and depending on what comes up you can put a body part ( Leg, head, arm etc)on your Beaver Scout outline. You score by counting the number of parts you have collected. The overall winner came from St Matthews but Yusuf was the highest scoring Longford Beaver. Well Done and I hope the other Beavers enjoyed their Beaver Drive. It counts towards your Friendship Challenge.
Please don’t forget that this week’s meetings are to make Junk Models. You need to think about what you are going to make and remember to bring the junk you need with you. We will provide coloured pencils and crayons as well as sticky tape.
