As part of the new badge scheme the Beavers have to learn how to tie three different knots. This week we tried to teach them how to tie a reef knot – with varying success. It would help if parents could each their children to tie a reef knot – also to be able to tie their own shoe laces. We then played games and finished outside on the field.
