This week we learned about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and how best to maintain a healthy mind and body.
To start with we learned about healthy eating and the different food groups making up a balanced diet. After splitting off into groups to research some of the main food groups including protein, dairy and carbohydrate, we cme together for a mini healthy eating kahoot.
We then talked about how to live a healthy lifestyle, including getting enough sleep and the dangers of alcohol, smoking and drugs.
