Two hands are better than one. Four hands are better than two. We worked together in groups to work through a number of team challenges.
Team building challenges included:
- Human knot – Starting in a circle, participants connect hands with two others people in the group to form the human knot. As a team they must then try to unravel the “human knot” by untangling themselves without breaking the chain of hands.
- Nasa Challenge – work our how to survive in outer space
- 101 Uses of a Necker – groups worked together to come up with as many different uses for a necker as they can, the crazier the better!
At the end of the meeting we reflected on why teams are important.
