This week the Beavers have been learning about Emergency Aid. This covers the importance of getting adult help in an emergency, What you will be asked if you ring 999, What to do if you come across someone who is unconscious but is breathing, helping someone who is bleeding and the importance of reassurance. The beavers were split into 3 groups and each group spent time at 3 bases to cover these subjects. The Beavers did finish the evening with a game to unwind after the “work” part of the meeting.
