At the state of May, we focused on the perfect activity: cooking on fires. The scouts gathered and prepared their wood, lighting fires in anticipation of a delicious meal. This time, they tackled cheese and onion toasties while honing their fire-building skills. 

After cooking the toasties to perfection, the scouts savored their creations, enjoying each bite with generous servings of tomato ketchup.

The scouts learned valuable lessons in fire preparation and outdoor cooking while having a great time preparing and sharing their meal.
