The Monday Cubs recently engaged in a festive activity focused on Christmas fabric craft making. At the latest group meeting, each Cub had the opportunity to create their own unique Christmas-themed fabric crafts. Using a variety of materials such as felt, ribbons, and buttons, they crafted items like stockings, tree decorations, and fabric wreaths.During the session, the Cubs learned basic sewing techniques and how to safely use sewing equipment. This not only allowed them to express their creativity but also helped them develop practical skills in handling and crafting with different fabrics and decorations. The items they made will be used to decorate the Scout Hall and taken home for their own festive decorations.
