We’ve kicked off our biennial sunflower competition by planting seeds to take home. The Beavers will do their best to look after them and then measure the height of their plants in mid July. Watch this space for photos of some impressive flowers!
We also made bug hotels (and in some case bug mansions!) out of empty tin cans, tied together and filled with sticks and dead leaves. We’ve placed them outside the Ranche and will check on them after Easter to see if anyone has moved in!
