During the recent sessions, our Thursday Scouts have been focusing diligently on their Teamworks Challenge and Skills Challenge badges. Over the last two weeks, they have engaged in several new team-building activities and games designed to boost their cooperative skills. The Scouts also had discussions reflecting on their experiences in various team settings outside of Scouts, sharing insights from school and sports teams they are part of.In addition to developing their teamwork abilities, the sessions have included an important educational component about the harmful effects of drugs, alcohol, and smoking. To reinforce this learning, the Scouts utilized their creativity to produce a TV advert. This advertisement aimed to spread awareness about these hazards, informing others about the consequences of these substances on health and well-being.
