This week the Saturday Scouts were privileged to be granted a funded trip for Muslim Climate Action week.
Lorna from the Marine Conservation Society hosted 28 Scouts and Cubs, spending the day at West Kirby Beach. We went for a walk in the dunes, identifying wildlife and plants. Our young people did a great job litter picking and taking part in a beach survey.
A huge thanks to Lorna and Nisbah at the Muslim Youth Alliance for giving us this opportunity, we all had a great day!
