The annual District cooking competition took place at Quest on Friday 11th October. Budding chefs came together to create a two course menu to tantalise the judges with. Longford were represented by Alfie, Andrew, Solomon & Jake D who put together risotto followed by Rocky Road. Although we didn’t quite manage a top three finish this year, the standard across the board was very high and the judges went home with smiles on their faces!
