This weekend all three Beaver Colonies had some members at the Group Camp, along with some members of the Cub Packs, Scout Troop and Explorers. There were a variety of activities for them to take part in one of which was grass sledging, not that there was much grass at the start of the run. In this picture you see two of the Beavers preparing to set off, separately, down the slope. I think that all those taking part, even those who were first time campers, enjoyed all the hard work and effort from the Leadership Team. This included parents who helped both actively with the various activities and those important people behind the scenes who kept everyone fed and watered. Included is just one picture of Beavers. Hopefully there will be more pictures in the next Newsletter.
