For our first week back the Scouts worked together in small groups to suggest ideas for a new code of conduct for the Scout Troop with ideas including being kind to each other and respecting everyone and the equipment.
After we worked on our code of conduct we spent a bit of time working out our new patrols for the year. This was a bit of a logistical puzzle to ensure people who share lifts together are put in similar groupings – after a bit of time we hopefully cracked it.
After the admin we played a few games inside and out.
Finally to finish off the meeting, with the flag half mast, we held a moment of reflection for the Queen after we all learnt of the sad news on Thursday.
