During their latest meeting, the Saturday Scouts embarked on a creative project involving the construction of mini golf courses. Utilizing recycled materials, each patrol meticulously built their own unique course. The activity focused on employing teamwork and resourcefulness, as they repurposed items that would otherwise be discarded. The Cubs will have the opportunity to use these mini golf courses in an upcoming session where they will be playing and evaluating them. Each course will be judged by the Cubs to determine which patrol crafted the best one, highlighting skills in design and function. This inter-sectional interaction not only provides a practical application for the Scouts' projects but also fosters a sense of community and continuity among the different age groups within the group.
