In this week's Saturday Beavers meeting, the young members completed their health and fitness badge. Building on last week's focus on healthy eating, this session was dedicated to exercise. The Beavers tested their heart rates both before and after engaging in a variety of physical activities.The activities included hula hooping, an egg and spoon relay, and a game of crab football. These fun exercises were part of the requirements to earn the health and fitness badge by demonstrating an understanding of how exercise affects their bodies.
